.Net Core / MAUI developer

F15 is a private software company. We are taking over Africa and Middle East market for Biometric Data collection and management systems by providing universally available solution optimized for rural and low bandwidth areas. Our target is to dominate Africa and Middle East market, collecting 5 000 000 enrollments per year by 2025. Our client is one of the TOP5 world leading biometric sensors manufacturing companies. We are starting with a 3 engineers' team and plan to grow it to 8+ over the next 2 years.

WHAT IS OUR PRODUCT
- It is distributed Identity data management system (multiple background services).
- It is accessed by a client library running on Windows, Linux, and Android.
- We focus on lightweight code (resource scarce mobile devices and fast backends).
- It uses fault-tolerant, self-adjusting communication methods.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Core:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing back-end applications using C# / .NET.
- At least 1 year of experience in developing mobile apps using Xamarin / MAUI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Linux / UNIX.
- Experience working with Cloud technologies, ideally AWS.
Other:
- English level: fluent / advanced / C1 / C2
- Able to take responsibility, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skilled at conducting research tasks related to current architecture requirements.

CONDITIONS
- Compensation $2500-3500
- Fully remote contract, you can be located anywhere except Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine or other countries involved in an active war conflict, like Siriya. If you're in a country bordering Russia, Belarus, Ukraine - that may be acceptable, but we may ask you to move to another country within 3-6 months since the start
